Information on Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to replace any new, unworn, or unused items that arrive damaged. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.
How to Make an Exchange
To start an exchange, please use the Contact Page on our website and include your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our Customer Service Team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions on how to proceed. Please note, we cannot accept merchandise that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and we’ll notify you once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
